Are you passionate about the art of catering and looking for a new and exciting challenge? Our restaurant in a 4-star hotel is looking for a talented Maitre d' to join our team.

Responsibilities :

- Providing impeccable, professional customer service.

- Coordinating with the kitchen.

- Experience in banqueting + catering

- Room service

- Staff training

- Presenting and finishing certain dishes (flambéing, cutting up meat or fish)

- Collection of notes

- Counting cash floats

- Excellent presentation skills.

- Mainly evening work

Restaurant closed on Sundays.

2 days off per week.

1 year experience

Fluent English

B driving licence

Salary according to profile
