Cookie policy
This policy explains which trackers are placed when you visit www.hotelpalladia.com, what they are for, and how to control your choices. Last updated: July 2026.
1. Our principle
No analytics or third-party tracker is placed before you agree to it. On your first visit, a banner lets you accept everything, refuse everything, or choose category by category. Refusing is as easy as accepting: both buttons are given equal prominence.
Until you have made a choice, only the elements strictly necessary for the site to work are active.
Your decision is kept for six months and then asked again. You may change it at any time through the “Manage my cookies” link at the foot of every page.
2. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file placed on your device by a website, allowing it to recognise you on a later visit. The word is used here in its broad sense, covering equivalent technologies such as browser local storage.
3. Strictly necessary cookies
Always active. Without them the site cannot work properly. They are not used to track or profile you, and are shared with no one.
Language preference — remembers whether you are reading the site in French, English or Spanish. Duration: the browsing session.
Cookie choice — keeps your decision so that you are not asked again on every page. Stored in your browser and never sent to our servers. Duration: six months.
Form security — protects quote requests against automated submissions. Duration: the session.
4. Analytics cookies
Subject to your agreement. They tell us which pages are read and where visitors come from, so that we can improve the site. The data is aggregated and cannot identify you.
If you refuse this category, no measurement takes place and your visit is not counted.
5. Third-party content
Subject to your agreement. Some pages embed content hosted by third parties, which may place trackers of their own.
YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) — the lounge bar video. Until you click, only a still image is shown: the player loads only at your request, and no Google cookie is placed before then.
OpenStreetMap / uMap — the map of places to visit in Toulouse, on the Tourism page.
These services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read.
6. What we do not use
We place no advertising cookies, carry out no retargeting and sell no browsing data. The site carries no advertising network.
7. Managing your choices
From the site — the “Manage my cookies” link at the foot of every page brings the banner back so you can change your decision.
From your browser — every browser lets you delete existing cookies, block new ones or be warned before each is placed. These settings are found under privacy preferences. Note that blocking all cookies may affect how the site works.
8. Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your personal data. To exercise them, write to us at info@hotelpalladia.com or by post to: Hôtel Palladia, 271 avenue de Grande Bretagne, 31300 Toulouse, France.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French supervisory authority: www.cnil.fr
