Head Waiter / Head Waitress
Are you passionate about hospitality and looking for a new challenge? Our restaurant, within a four-star hotel, is looking for a talented head waiter or head waitress to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- – Deliver impeccable, professional service to guests
- – Coordinate with the kitchen
- – Experience in banqueting and restaurant service
- – Room service
- – Staff training
- – Present and finish certain dishes at the table — flambéing, carving meat and filleting fish
- – Taking payment
- – Counting the till
- – Excellent presentation
- – Mainly evening work
- The restaurant is closed on Sundays.
- Two days off per week
- One year of experience
- Fluent English
- Full driving licence
- Salary according to experience
