How the dinner unfolds
The shape of the evening stays the same from year to year; only the dishes change.
On arrival
A cocktail and canapés, then an amuse-bouche.

A starter, a main course, a cheese and a dessert, composed by the chef around seasonal produce.

Matching wines accompany the meal, served by the glass.

A live orchestra takes over in the Opéra room, 500 m² beside the pool.
